Accompagnying the AfCFTA

New publications released

The African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) is an ambitious trade agreement uniting 54 African economies and thus, the world largest free trade area. The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, Geneva office has started to support the idea of the AfCFTA through various projects even prior to its entering into force in May 2019. In 2022, two publications have been published so far focusing on a human centred dimension of the agreement.
