NGO Breakfast Discussion. On the Road to Paris: Where are the TNCs?

In the context of the Climate Conference COP 21, taking place this December and on the occassion of the meeting of the IGWG on an International Legally Binding Instrument on TNCs we discussed on ways to ensure that states and business corporations take human rights into account when taking measures on climate change.

Furthermore we debated on the emerging approach of states to transfer an increasing amount of capacity and responsibility to act to local or private actors
