Circular Economy Along the Value Chain: Potential and Challenges for Developing Countries

The necessity to change the current economic system structurally in order to combat climate change is undeniable for many. Circular economy could be a tool to do so. This workshop aims at brining light on the perspectives of developing countries when it comes to the concept of circular economy. 

How could a circular economy look like from which developing countries are benefitting more than from the current linear economic system? Which countries outside the highly-industrialized part have committed themselves to introduce the circular economy and what lessons can be learnt from that experiences?
